Ship Ship Hooray! Free shipping is available on all new trampoline and accessory orders within most of Continental USA. Please note that shipping charges apply to all spare parts orders.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For customers in Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges MAY apply. These charges cannot be processed online, please call us at 1-877-586-7723 to discuss your shipping options.

If you have already placed an order and reside in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us as soon as possible to assist with the order processing. Otherwise, we will reach out to you promptly to collect the additional shipping fee and discuss the most suitable delivery method for your trampoline.

Delivered Right to Your Door

Products are delivered direct to your home via FedEx Ground. When you order from Springfree Trampoline a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
All products are shipped in 1 – 3 boxes. The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people will be required to lift each box.
US purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
