The spare parts that are available to purchase through our website are for our current version trampolines only. Please use the steps below to confirm if your trampoline is compatible. The serial number of your trampoline must begin with G4. If your serial number does not start with G4, please contact our team so that they can assist you as parts for older trampolines are not available online.
Net
The serial number is a small white tag positioned underneath the warning label to the left of the zip entrance. There are 2 small tags, one with the product code of your trampoline, the second is the serial number.
Lift the large tag on the net of your trampoline – the tag underneath this should show both your model number and serial number.
MAT

Find the tag on your mat which is often tucked underneath, but should show both your model and serial number.
FRAME
The serial number is a small white tag positioned underneath the warning label to the left of the zip entrance. There are 2 small tags, one with the product code of your trampoline, the second is the serial number
The frame or legs of your trampoline may have either a sticker or etched information showing both your model and serial number.
Note: You only need to find one of these tags or markings to confirm your trampoline details.

If your trampoline serial number doesn’t start with G4, it doesn’t mean that we can’t provide the parts you need. You’ll just need to give our team a call on 1877 586 7723 so that we can assist you being that you may have an older version of our trampoline.
If you have been able to confirm your trampoline model and serial number and your serial number starts with G4, then the parts list provided for your trampoline will be compatible.
Shipping will vary depending on location as depending on the items ordered we may ship from a number of different locations. Generally these parts will be shipped to you via Fedex and we estimate outside of peak periods such as Christmas, that delivery would generally be 3-7 business days.
The warranty on all purchased parts is for a period of 2 year, or the remainder of your original warranty period.
